Rules and methods of booking the houses and recommended offers
Article 1 - Recipients of "Le Casette"
Can use the houses:
- Italian and foreign scout groups, belonging to any association, including Masci
- Catholic Action groups
- Other groups with educational purposes, whose activity at the Casette is aimed at minors and young people, but only on weekdays
Different groups can take advantage of the houses only by presenting a specific project that enhances the houses or for the realization of which the houses prove to be a particularly suitable reality. The project is presented to the Managers at info@lecasette.org and approved or rejected by the Board of Directors of the Nervi I Association, also using its own IT communication tools.
Article 2 - Obligation and method of booking
Access to "Le Casette" area is free, but reservations are required.
Reservations are made online, using the form on the website www.lecasette.org . Different forms of reservation are not allowed and the priority of the reservation is always stability from the moment of filling in the online form.
At the time of booking you must make the choice of the required field and indicate the number of people expected for each field:
- Camp of Libya, only in tents
- Camp Ikki, with "Beppe" House
- Camp Bigio, with "Paolo Beltrami" House
When filling in the form, I automatically send an email to take charge of the application. However, the reservation is effective only if confirmed by a specific acceptance email.
Article 3 - Cancellation of the reservation
"Le Casette" is a welcoming base even in case of rain. As managers and scout leaders we do not believe that bad weather - if not "certified" by states of alert issued by the competent bodies - is a good reason to give up the kids to experience scouting in nature and confrontation with adversity that it can offer. "Le Casette" does not ask for any penalty in case of cancellation of the reservation for any reason, but we invite the chief who books an exit to "Le Casette" to do so in the awareness of assuming a commitment that cannot fail for two drops of water.
Article 4 - Offers
Managing the houses involves significant costs. For this reason, all groups are required to pay a fee.
The cost contribution required for the use of the Base is different depending on the area that is booked and is meant per person per night.
Scout groups
- € 3.00 for the Libyan camp, only in tents
- € 5.00 for the Ikki and Bigio areas, which include the right to use the "Beppe" house and "Paolo Beltrami" house
Different groups
- € 4.00 for the Libyan camp (tents only)
- € 6.00 for the Ikki and Bigio areas, which include the right to use Casa Beppe and Casa "Paolo Beltrami"
In the case of daytime activities that do not include overnight stays, an offer of 1 euro per person to the scout groups and 2 euro to the different groups is required and includes the possibility of hospitalization in one of the houses.
For association events, by Fo.Ca. and for EPPPIs (and for similar events promoted by CNGEI or MASCI) there is a reduction of 1 euro on the contributions requested. If no overnight stay is required, an offer of € 1.00 per person is required.
Article 4 - Summer camps
In the period from 1st of July to 30th of August reservations are always intended from Sunday to Sunday.
Reservations for this period must be accompanied by the payment of a 20% deposit (with a minimum of € 200.00), preceded by an inspection .
The booking is considered completed when the deposit is received, which at the same time determines the priority over other applicants.
The cancellation of the field for any reason not attributable to "Le Casette" involves the loss of the deposit.
The cost contribution requested is € 4.00 per night per person.
For long-lasting courts, the gym is granted in its entirety and always includes the right to use houses, poles, tools and support from the managers.
Any requests that involve the presence of multiple units, even if limited in time and space, are addressed by the Operators in compliance with the booking priorities.
Article 5 - Short pitches
For short pitches (4-5 days, for example Easter, Christmas) reservations must be accompanied by the payment of a deposit of € 50.00.
